Jorge is the heart and the expert foundation of our work. A native Peruvian, a descendant of the Incas and a licensed guide with more than 15 years of experience, he has a unique ability to combine historical facts with local spirituality. He specialises in the anthropology and archaeology of the Cusco region, so that visiting Machu Picchu or Sacsayhuamán becomes a profound experience rather than just ticking off points from a guidebook. Jorge personally oversees the training of all our local guides, ensuring that every expedition with The Peru Travel maintains the highest standard of authenticity and knowledge you won't find at commercial agencies.

Daria is a visionary who brought a Polish eye for detail to Peru. Her mission is to create tailor-made tours that go beyond ordinary sightseeing. A luxury travel enthusiast and an excellent logistician, she personally selects every hotel, restaurant and means of transport. Daria believes that a trip to Peru should be comfortable and stress-free, which is why she focuses on precise planning of every day of the expedition. It is thanks to her determination and knowledge of the local market that our clients gain access to unique boutique haciendas in the Sacred Valley and the most exclusive trains, such as the Belmond Hiram Bingham and the Vistadome Observatory.

Client Relations Expert & Travel Consultant
José is your main link between home and Peru. Thanks to his excellent knowledge of both Poland and Peru, he can give perfect advice on preparing for the expedition. It is José who answers the key questions about logistics, visa formalities, safety and health (including altitude acclimatisation). His support begins with the first email and ends only when the group returns home. José makes sure every traveller feels looked after and has all the essential knowledge about what awaits them on the trail. His patience and professionalism mean that even the most complex expeditions go according to plan.

Head Naturalist Guide & Amazon Specialist
Vincente is a legend of the Peruvian Amazon. Raised in the Madre de Dios river basin, he has an almost instinctive knowledge of the rainforest. As an expert in ecology and biodiversity, he designs our expedition modules to Puerto Maldonado and Iquitos. Vincente teaches our guests to read the jungle – he recognises hundreds of bird species by their song and can spot a jaguar where others see only leaves. His mission is environmental education; he shows how fragile and precious the Amazon ecosystem is. With Vincente, every night spent in the jungle is a safe lesson in survival and a fascinating story about the power of nature.
Kidler
Head of Field Logistics & Safety
In a travel agency like ours, logistics is the foundation, and Kidler is its guardian. He manages the fleet of modern vehicles and personally verifies our drivers' safety certificates. Kidler knows every road and track in the Andes – from the Pan-American Highway to the winding routes leading to Colca Canyon. His role becomes crucial in unforeseen situations; he is a master of crisis management who can arrange alternative transport within minutes if weather conditions or local blockades force a change of plan.
